The International Theosophy Conference will start on Thursday August 10 in the morning. Registration starts at 8.30 AM. The conference starts at 10 AM and will officially close on Saturday evening on August 12.
The Annual Membership Meeting will take place on Sunday August 13 in the morning.
This year the International Theosophy Conference will take place at the “Friends Center” in Philadelphia, Cherry Street 1501.
Lunch and dinner will be provided by Living Room Catering at the Friends Center in buffet style. For lunch you can expect a variety of sandwiches, fruit and salads. For dinner we have soup, salads, mixed vegetables, main courses, pastas, rice and desserts.
Regarding diets, 90% of the food is vegetarian and 10% is vegan.
Note! International Theosophy Conferences, Inc. does not cover accommodation. However, ITC was able to arrange a special group rate with Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel. The hotel is at 5 minutes walking distance from the Friends Center. The offer applies to the period from August 9 to 13, check out on August 13.

All types of transportation to and from the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel are located at the Philadelphia International Airport. The local/regional train and subway are about a 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel, once in center city. Taxis, shuttle, and limo service would drop participants right at the front of the hotel lobby too.
